Abu Dhabi: The UAE Federal Public Prosecution has said that it’s prohibited to flow into any supplies concentrating on youngsters that encourage behaviours which violate the rules of public order and morality.
In a tweet, the Public Prosecution mentioned that, in response to Federal Regulation No. (3) of 2016 regarding youngster rights, also called Wadeema’s Regulation, it’s strictly prohibited to publish, view, flow into, produce or be in possession of any visible, audio, video or printed supplies or video games that focus on youngsters and elicit sexual or different behaviours that go towards rules of public order and morality or might set off any sort of behavioural deviance.
In keeping with Article 66 of Wadeema’s Regulation, violators “shall be punished by imprisonment for a interval not lower than one 12 months and a advantageous not lower than Dh100,000 and never exceeding Dh400,000.”
